I prefer them during the day as they are. I admittedly don't have a super-busy practice so I can schedule the time out, but the evening times suggested by Dr. Kass would conflict with my personal, non-podiatry time. I did not get into this profession to eat, sleep, and drink it 24/7. On the other hand, they should all be on demand.
